Go Govern
Go Govern, a new program of The White House Project will be piloted in Colorado; it is a two-day session in which we work specifically with elected officials to identify and address the critical, timely issues that require not only extra thought and insight, but added courage to make a tough vote. Like other elements of Vote, Run Lead.
Go Govern will develop and build upon the skills which our constituents seek to become more effective leaders. Yet by inviting talented elected officials to share how they have been successful, by focusing on strategic planning, goal-setting, consensus-building and by creating support in the community, THWP will provide already-elected women with the tools needed to effectuate change and implement policy. Go Govern is the VRL component that will most precisely support the development of substantive, positive policy changes in Colorado.
Application and Registration Fees
Participants are required to fill out an application form.
The cost for Go Govern is $75 which includes all meals and materials.
