Founding Member Pledge Form

1. I choose to join the Minnesota Leadership Circle as a 2009 Founding Member with the following pledge:

Raise/Give $1,000 during 2009

Raise/Give $1,000 per year for THREE Years

Members may choose to split pledged amount between raising and giving. As one example, a member may make a gift of $500 and raise the other $500 through their network or through a corporate matching program.
